Experience must include Design build and construction management delivery systems; construction management process including Cost Control, Procurement, Owner and Subcontractor contract details, Labor Relations and Union Contracts; estimating the cost of materials, labor, equipment and subcontractor work using PlanSwift or OnScreen Takeoff software utilizing Timberline and Microsoft Project software; construction submittals and RFIs; OSHA and construction safety requirements and site safety supervision; and concrete formwork, placing and finishing of concrete.
