Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Advertising, Finance, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in the consulting industry.br br Must have 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Working in cross functional teams composed of Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing;br Deploying change experiences to support enduser adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning ERP software;br Leading design thinking workshops for talent and new skilling strategies;br Applying Agile project management fundamentals to learning and reskilling programs;br Developing enterprisewide learning strategies, including program design, curriculum planning, learning journey design, and content strategy;br Developing employee learning contents and training materials for clients; andbr Utilizing engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools, including Mentimeter.br br Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80 of the time to meet client needs.
