Requires a bachelors degree in Computer ScienceTechnology, Engineering, Design, Economics, Business Administration or a directly related field plus 7 years of experience of strategy consulting, startups or new ventures, inhouse innovation functions, digital product or corporate client management. Experience may be gained concurrently and must include Digital and or technical product management experience and history or track record of leading ideation to the launch of software, enterprise solutions, services, mobileweb apps, or other digital products. Experience leading or facilitating workshops that cultivate the design thinking innovation process. Knowledge and experience using lean startup methodology. Agile project management experience and familiarity with Scrum. Ability to rapidly absorb and interpret technical information including fluency with modern design and development principles. Ability to manage cross functional or interdisciplinary teams including product designers, software engineers, and data engineers. Ability to manage and align a team of multiple stakeholders including expert practitioners, client teams, case teams, thirdparty vendors, senior executives, and other collaborators. Competitive analysis for companies including benchmarking and performance improvement, as well as assessing longer term economic viability. Customer ethnography experience, including leading research utilizing Human Centered Design Methodologies. Creation, development, and implementation of strategic alternatives for companies. Creation of PowerPoint presentations, and Excel charts and graphs, and experience adopting and effectively deploying new tools such as Trello, Miro, Figma, etc. Demonstrated ability developing and presenting compelling oral and written communications, turning insights into strategic plans or initiatives. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a variety of industries or capability areas.
