At a minimum, the position requires eligibility for attorney licensure in Pennsylvania and then successfully passing the Pennsylvania State Bar examination; andor admission to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania. The position requires a 3.3 cumulative GPA or higher for the entire J.D. program and completion of at least one law school course in estates and trust and federal tax law. Must be willing and able to learn and perform legal work involving complex tax and estate issues; to interact with clients and coworkers through written and verbal communications; and to appear before courts and federalstate agencies.
