Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field, followed by five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in job offered or in an engineeringrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the followingbr 1. Designing or manufacturing tooling for high volume, tight tolerance consumer electronics products or similar. All types of Hot runner systems as well as the associated troubleshooting of these systems;br 2. SPC, DOE, DFM and GDT principles. Manufacturing efficiency improvement in high volume projects using six sigma, Lean manufacturing, 6S, DFx, OEE;br 3. Using 3D CAD design software Solid works or NX or Creo, FEA and mold flow simulation software;br 4. Working with a variety of commodity and engineeringgrade thermoplastic, thermoset resins, Metal stamping, Die casting and Metal injection materials;br 5. Post molding operations including but not limited to CNC machining, plastic coatings, ultrasonic welding, Painting, powder coating, NCVM, PVD, Lasers marking and machining, Dyesublimation, silk screening and heat staking;br 6. Equipment, Automation engineering and technology for tooling, Injection molding, die casting, Metal Injection Molding MIM, Robotics, Decoration, Metal stamping;br 7. OEM, ODM or EMS industry working experience and Ontheground factory experience working with overseas vendors;br 8. Metal part fabrication methods diecasting, Thixomolding, stamping, forging;br 9. Using a wide range of molding techniques, including insert molding, 2 shot molding, IMD, IML, metal injection molding, die casting, transfer molding, Rapid heat cycle molding using steam and induction methods, liquid silicon molding and thermoforming; andbr 10. Organizational skills and project management in new product development introduction. CAPEX and budget planning for high volume projects in Tooling and machinery.
