Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related field plus 2 years experience in job offered or 2 years experience in related occupation using experience in running model coordination meetings and issue tracking, creating animations and renders for project pursuit, supporting BIM cloudbased deployments, supporting the preparation and management of the project schedule, and integrating Project BIM Execution Plan including 4D, 5D, 6D, and 7D dimensions; implementing and managing project change processes, assembling 3D models into one cohesive site model for coordination, reviewing 3D models from consultants and contractors, supporting onsite VDC operations, creating 360 construction progress virtual tours, working with 4D model animations, supporting preconstruction activities, and applying LEAN construction practices; and creating models from Lidar Scanned Point Clouds, integrating project engineering and construction BIM Execution Plan, providing BIM engineering support to the team, and coordinating engineering design.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY The position requires the above listed academic qualifications and work experience in order for the Virtual Design Construction VDC Regional Manager to be capable of performing the subject job duties detailed above in a normally accepted manner. The nature of the position requires providing advanced capabilities in solving complex business problems and creating solutions for the companys core areas. Understanding the process and problemsolving techniques for business processes as well as using the latest technology are key to the offered position. The subject position is not a runofthe mill position. Rather, this position requires multifaceted and complex job duties that involve coordinating projects, taking responsibility for projects, and communicating with senior management and other departments both formally and informally to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
