Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a program management, product support engineering, or computerrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 6 months of experience in the followingbr br 1. Leading and partnering with Asianbased vendors and contract manufacturer;br 2. New product introduction NPI and technology transfer best practice and tools;br 3. Leading teams through a phased product development lifecycle;br 4. Communicating technical information to nonexperts, at all levels of the organization;br 5. Motivating, influencing, and resolving conflict amongst a crossfunctional team; andbr 6. Communication skills with experience synthesizing information into the most concise points to move a teaminitiative forward.
