Work experience or academic coursework must have included two 2 years of experience in optical modeling of industrial applications using commercial CAE tools such as Ansys Speos, Synopsys LightTools, or equivalent; two 2 years of experience performing optical design for illumination systems in the automotive, high tech, or general lighting industry; experience in an optical or lighting environment; experience with at least one major CAD platform such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks; experience giving technical presentations to prospects and customers; and experience providing customer technical support, consulting services or with similar customer facing activities.br br Domestic travel required up to 25 of time.
