The alien beneficiary fulfilled the academic requirements and passed the examination for his Master of Computer Applications degree in December 2002. He was formally conferred with his degree in April 2003.br br NOTE Section I.c.6. SWA Job Order During the recruitment period that started from 06232022 to 08082022, the CalJobs CA SWA had technical issues from 06262022 to around 07122022. The Office of Foreign Labor Certification OFLC has clarified that so long as employers properly posted their Job Orders with the SWAs, despite the fact that the SWAs may subsequently have had technical issues during the 30day period, employers will have met the regulatory requirement in good faith and do not have to extend the time to cover any period that the SWA may have had technical issues with its Job Order system.
