Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or in abr closely related field or foreign equivalent and 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or a similar role or 5 years of experience as an Industrial or Process Engineer, plus 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience to include each of the following 5 years with Shop Floor manufacturing systems of different business models, including Electronics Boards, Customer to Order, and Build to Order CTOBTO; 3 years translating complex business problems to IT language; and 3 years using Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycle methodologies as a Business AnalystProduct Owner.br br Up to 20 travel required.br br Employer will allow for incumbent to work remotely from home office within a reasonable commuting distance from the company office up to 3 days per week.
