Bachelors degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business, plus 5 years postbachelors progressive experience, which must include 3 years of clientfacing consulting experience with a professional services firm and 4 years of experience in designing, setting up and managing a PMO or EPMO for a large complex program involving multiple, related projects. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business, plus 4 years of experience, which must include 2 years of clientfacing consulting experience with a professional services firm and 3 years of experience in designing, setting up and managing a PMO or EPMO for a large complex program involving multiple, related projects.br br Must have 2 years of experience as Workstream Lead on endtoend program management implementations using Planview, Clarity, Niku HP, Primavera, MS Project or MS Project Server.br br Must have 2 years of experience in implementing governance structures for complex programs and organizations, including, definition of ownership, accountability roles and responsibilities, decision making frameworks, gate approval process, program wide communications, and formalized and standard program steering.br br Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areasbr Program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs;br Developing new business with existing clients at the C level of Fortune 500 companies; ORbr Leading a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.br br Must have 2 years of experience communicating with Clevel executives.br br Requires travel up to 80, of which 20 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
