Skills with the following required engineering principles in dynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics; developing programs based on data analysis and visualization tools including Visual Basic for ApplicationVBA and MATLAB; designing and developing 2D and 3D model using Autodesk inventor and AutoCAD; working with electromagnetic induction furnace and cast iron metallurgy; vertical type green sand molding machine and its components including PP, SP, AMC, SBC, and CSE; inspecting and calibrating various mechanisms of molding machine including hydraulic and pneumatic components; control ratio of sand, clay, and moisture to achieve desirable compressibility, permeability, total clay, active clay, and LOI.br br Skills may be gained through academic coursework and concurrently while pursuing academic studies.br br Education Requirementsbr Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
