Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Management or related field and at least 5years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in primary and secondary fundsoffunds private equity investing. Full term must include top quartile private equity firm experience, including due diligence, execution, syndication and monitoring of secondary transactions of 500m or greater and primary investments; financial modeling and analysis and corporate valuation for primary, secondary and coinvestment opportunities; and live deal experience with infrastructure and energy secondary opportunities.
