Full term of experience must include the following skills strong healthcare industry environment knowledge and demonstrated experience; ScrumAgile experience; experience in product requirement analysis and documentation; experience leading new product development efforts through the entire development life cycle; experience with product backlog management using MS Team Foundation Server; handson experience developing medical solutions that adhere to IHE profiles, DICOM and HL7 protocols; software development experience using SQL Database management; software development experience using .NET, VC, Perl, Power Shell; experience in administration and management of Microfocus Caliber for Software requirements; experience in product implementation and solution management; experience with Configuration Management, Software packaging and deployments; experience with Product Risk Analysis per FDA class regulations; indepth knowledge in development of highavailability and virtualization solutions for PACS medical imaging applications; ability to translate complex healthcare, clinical, and technical workflow concepts to lay persons; experience with infrastructure and network design including databases management, remote and hosted deployment and support, IT security and communication standards DICOM, HL7, ASPI, etc. and how these apply with Enterprise Imaging Systems and vended products across department, hospital, and enterprise.
