read and understand countertop drawing, specifications and required dates; countertop fabrication including but not limited to core construction, miter angles, custom template transferring, custom millwork as required, custom edging and other related work; ability to read and understand all countertop drawings and fabrication standard markings; proficient with all countertop fabricating tools and equipment; ability to comply with all enforcement safety requirements and equipment maintenance schedules; understanding all drawings, raw materials, and fabrication technique to build laminate, custom square edge and solid surface countertops; produce light millwork and cabinetry products; no formal education or experience required. Will learn the trade on the job under supervision during the initial hiring period
