Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or a closely related field, plus two years of experience as an architectural designer or related occupation. Full term of experience must include working across the following phases of the design process planning, concept design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation review; largescale mixeduse projects gt;500,000 sqft GFA or comparable complexity; working in 10 person team environment; completing floor plan layouts in highend multifamily residential work; experience working with classical architecture; and handsketching and using the toolstechnologies AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.br br QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FOREIGN NATIONAL See Sections J and Kbr br Mr. Zhang readily meets the educational requirement. In May 2015, he was awarded a Master of Architecture Degree from Yale University in New Haven, CT.br br From June 15, 2015 to April 4, 2018, Mr. Zhang worked as an Intern Architect with Robert A.M. Stern Architects in New York, NY on a fulltime basis. In this capacity, Mr. Zhang gained experience in the design process of highend multifamily residential and largescale mixeduse projects of over 500,000 sq ft GFA. Responsible for producing drawings, physical models and digital renderings that follow the design directions from senior designers on assigned projects. Collaborated within a large 10 person team to generate 3D models and produce drawing sets for the schematic design and design development phases, using tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit. Used handsketching to produce floor plan layout options for highend multifamily residential projects. Under supervision, used InDesign to produce diagrams and organize storyboards for internal and client presentations during the planning and concept design phases. Under supervision, researched design precedents with a focus on classical architecture. Made physical massing models using clay and foam core. Used InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp and Photoshop to produce 3D renderings and postproductions under senior designers guidance. Under supervision, performed construction documentation review.
