Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics and Applied Software, or foreign equivalent plus 3 years of experience to include creating, maintaining, and implementing the source to develop mobile applications and mobile platform programs that meet the needs and requirements of the clients using computer programming languages, including Swift, ObjectiveC, java, HTML, and C; participating in the entire application lifecycle from concept state until delivery and post launch support; researching UI and UX trends and updating current applications, brainstorming with development teams for innovative ideas for new applications; identifying and planning new features and functions to improve information collection from users which can be used to improve their operations and work environment; working with other teams to determine whether the applications fit specification and technical requirements; troubleshooting and debugging production issues using tools including Xcode iOS and Eclipse Android and utilizing advance knowledge of Xcode, Android Studio, Apache, Java Development Kit to provide solutions; analyzing users needs and testing results to develop and improve the applications; developing scalable mobile application solutions integrating latest Mapbox SDK, Open Layer, Looker, and other partner products; participating in a continuous technology forewatch to see what new technologies and architecture best practices can be integrated into the product; participating in the analysis and development of a common code base reusable across corporates applications, to improve code reusability and maintainability and optimize the efficiency of the software development process by developing generic code which can benefit multiple and future not yet defined features, and ensuring all features are working across iOSAndroid platform levels; maintaining the existing software to ensure high performance and the support of the iOSAndroid versions as well as future releases, work to support the existing code base and address issues in the production software; collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create the applications delivery strategy, reasonable roadmaps, and timelines; conducting unit testing for edge use cases, usability, and general reliability across platforms; engaging with product manager, program managers, and customers for modelling real world problems into software and mobile solutions; coaching, developing and growing the architectural skills and domain knowledge of the team; evaluating advances and tools within the product to reduce development times and save production costs.
