Experience with user research, exploration studies, and product discovery sessions to gather requirements and feedback to build new products. Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing UAT and providing feature demos to support product implementation. Experience creating metrics dashboards to track and monitor Key Performance Indicators and conduct deep dives to analyze data, identify issues, and take corrective action. Experience analyzing and visualizing bigdata and datadriven decisionmaking. Experience creating product requirement documents that specify detailed systems flow between backend services. Experience disaggregating issues and identifying root causes of failures by applying technical product knowledge, looking through system logs, and querying production databases. Experience managing complex, highdependency project plans. Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain. Experience using time series forecasting algorithms. Experience modeling combinatorial problems by leveraging mathematical methods of permutations and combinations. Experience taking products from ideation, piloting the products using multivariate testing and AB testing, and leading fullscale launches and rollouts of the products.
