Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the masters degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skills providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle; designing and developing largescale, multitiered, multithreaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using object oriented design; and C, Python, Java, or a related programming language. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
