Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, and three 3 years of experience in the job offered, as Senior Consultant, or related. Full term of experience must include each of the following Analyzing companies financial and operational performance; Building financial models to depict historical results and future projections to inform investment decisions; Working on multiple projects and transactions concurrently; Working with seniorlevel bankers as project manager on teams; Managing the deal process from origination to execution; Involvement in both corporate finance and merger and acquisitions projects; Writing offering memorandums describing a companys strategy and growth prospects; Helping clients achieve financial and strategic objectives; and, Building a network of contacts in the banking, private equity and emerging growth corporate communities.
