This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in HVAC plus 5 years of work experience in the HVAC and BAS industry. In the alternative, we will accept 8 years of work experience in the HVAC and BAS industry.br br Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br Additionally, the applicant must have the following 1. 5 years of experience understanding the technical capabilities, performance, and overall costs of different HVAC systems including Chilled Water Systems, Water Source Heat Pumps, Ductless Variable Refrigeration Flow Systems, and Packaged Systems with Variable Air Volume; 2. 5 years of experience applying the different components of an HVAC system, including compressors, circulate refrigerants, heat exchangers to absorb and reject heat, devices to control the refrigerant flow in the system, and fans to direct air and controls to orchestrate these various components; 3. 5 years of experience with HVAC controls BAS, ensuring optimum operation of an HVAC system; 4. 3 years of experience using electronic selection tools such as Selection Navigator to ensure that the right size of HVAC system is selected as a solution to a building; 5. 3 years of experience using HVAC controls BAS design install and service; 6. 3 years of experience using Mechanical Systems design Install and service; and 7. 3 years of experience creating and delivering technical and business presentations using MS Office, Power BI, SAP, and PowerPoint.
