Employer will accept a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a technicalrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 24 months of experience in the followingbr 1. Optimization software Tableau, SQL, or Microsoft Excel;br 2. Leading and managing crossfunctional engineering teams, programs and projects;br 3. Developing and managing endtoend project plans and ensuring ontime delivery of technical hardware or software solutions;br 4. Risk management, change management, and quality assurance for projects;br 5. Gathering project requirements and scope in coordination with engineering team and external business owners;br 6. Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of project management;br 7. Designing project roadmaps and making recommendations for technical software and system hardware product requirements; andbr 8. Developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and quality of processproduct.
