Must have experience with each of the following 1. XML, API and SQL; 2. .Net Framework; 3. Rally 4. Insurance application development. Must have 3 years of experience with project, technical or functional management. Must be willing to travel or temporarily relocate to projects at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Worksite locations are varied, unanticipated and subject to change.
