Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, UrbanRegional Planning, Environmental Studies, a related technical field. Five years experience as a CoordinatorDirector of UrbanRegional Planning, CoordinatorDirectorHead of Public Space, or in a related senior UrbanRegional Planning role. Five years experience must include delivering technical assistance in nonmotorized mobility strategies; facilitating knowledge transfer in the planning, design and promotion of transportation policies and projects, with contextsensitive proposals; establishing transportation policies and travel demand management strategies; providing technical assistance to key program decision makers; drafting policy proposals and platforms regarding sustainable mobility, urbanism, public space, city management, urban innovation and transversal policies; directing major transportation planning programs; and leading the development of urban planning initiatives, including mobility, transportation, and public spaces policies, in an urban setting.
