Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, andor training. Must have Masters degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related field of study will accept foreign educational equivalent and 24 months of experience in the job offered of Designer or in the alternate occupation of Urban Designer, Architectural Professional, or related occupation, or any combination thereof. The 24 months of experience required must include 24 months of experience with each of the following executing master planning from largescale to landscapeopen space utilizing AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite; conducting small to largescale spatial analyses for master plan frameworks using ArcGIS Geographic Information System with scripting; participating in 2D drafting, rendering, 3D modeling, parametric modeling, and physical model building; and mapping and analyzing the effects of climate change using GIS resources for sustainable planning on projects.
