Employer will accept a Masters degree in Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, and 3 years of work experience in job offered or in a quantitative analyticsrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 6 months of experience in the followingbr br 1. Analyzing data and defining metrics to drive business decisions;br 2. Framing and considering issues within the larger scope and goals of a team, and translating them into actionable insights that have key business impact;br 3. Analyzing information to identify specific trendsopportunities, recommending appropriate and relevant tactical improvements, and anticipating future business needs;br 4. Understanding of project management fundamentals and experience leading datacentric projects across a wide crossfunctional landscape;br 5. Quantitative analysis;br 6. Excel and SQL;br 7. Developing in at least one scripting language Python, JavaScript, PHP, C, or Perl;br 8. Data visualization tools such as Tableau or packages in RPython;br 9. Reporting systems and data pipeline architecture;br 10. Initiating and driving projects to completion;br 11. Articulating issues to technical and nontechnical audiences; andbr 12. Working collaboratively with crossfunctional stakeholders and partners.
