Completion of one graduatelevel course, one research project, or one internship involving the following skillsbr Applied statistics, including sampling approaches, experimentation, and causal inference; Relational databases and SQLlike query languages; Analysis tools, including R, Pandas, MATLAB, SAS, and SPSS; Algorithms, data structures, or systems software; Gathering, manipulating, or analyzing complex, highvolume, highdimensionality data from varying sources; Performing research that enables learning the semantics of data, including images, video, text, and audio, and advances the technology of intelligent machines; Devising datadriven models of human behavior; and Java, C, Perl, PHP, or Python.
