Bachelors degree in business administration, law or businessrelated major plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Sales Analyst or related. Related experience must include Experience forecasting and analyzing Italian food market trends in the U.S.; Familiarity with procedures for importing Italian cured meat products to the United States; and, Experience with negotiation of food distribution contracts with wholesalers.
