Employer will accept a Masters degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or technical or businessrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the followingbr br 1. Managing new product introduction quot;NPIquot; materials planning for projects;br 2. Improving efficiency and NPI process and transitioning products through the product release processes engineering validation testing quot;EVTquot;, design validation testing quot;DVTquot;, production validation testing quot;PVTquot; and mass production readiness;br 3. Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, longlead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering.br 4. Establish newpart lead times, understand longlead drivers and develop lead time mitigation strategies.br 5. Monitoring and reporting schedule compliance for NPI projects;br 6. Identifying and supporting product requirements;br 7. Cost, Terms and Contract negotiations;br 8. Internal stakeholder management; andbr 9. International logistics.
