1. Must meet the requirement under Title 14 CFR135.243c1 Holds at least a commercial pilot certificate with appropriate category and class ratings.br 2. Must meet the requirements under Title 14 CFR 135.243 c2 at least 1,200 hours of flight time as a pilot, including 500 hours of crosscountry flight time, 100 hours of night flight time, and 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time at least 50 hours of which were in actual flight; and Title 14 CFR 135.105a has at least 100 hours pilot in command flight time in the make and model of aircraft to be flown.br 3. Must meet the requirements under Title 14 CFR 61.23a2 Must hold at least a second class medical certificatebr 4. Must pass a DOTFAA preemployment drug test requirement under Title 14 CFR 120.109a1 No employer may hire any individual for a safetysensitive function listed in 120.105 unless the employer first conducts a preemployment test and receives a verified negative drug test result for that individual.br 5.
