Masters degree in Electrical Engineering plus one year or Bachelors degree plus five progressive years electrical engineering product support experience. Must have at least one year of experience in each of the following 1. Performing project field commissioning and testing activities; 2. Providing handson field service work at customer sites and troubleshooting problems with electrical products; 3. Performing installation, troubleshooting, and design of 480VAC12.47KVAC, paralleling switchgear products, ATS Automatic Transfer Switches controllers, circuit breakers, and generator systems; 4. Eliminating and correcting technical deficiencies or mistakes found within products; 5. Ensuring that new installed technology functions appropriately and providing aftermarket solutions; 6. Conducting PLCHMI programming and testing of new product development NPD and executing continuous improvement projects; and 7. Ensuring setup of component software programs.
