Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience.br br Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Utilizing Salesforce to manage design and development for Op Model Transformation, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration APIs and Cloud Migration;br Participating with technical teams in order to architect, build and deploy Cloud solutions utilizing Salesforce to support enterpriselevel clients;br Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress, utilizing Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Tableau and Microsoft MS Project and Teams in Agile Methodology;br Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions, utilizing Salesforce in Agile Methodology;br Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public Cloud platforms, including Salesforce;br Guiding teams in designing solutions within Cloud infrastructures using Salesforce Platform; andbr Managing the development, communication, and implementation of organizations DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, utilizing Salesforce DX, Bitbucket, GitHub and Jenkins.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
