Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and five 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience involving the following Business Process design, implementation, improvement, and automation; Lean Methodology; Data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel, Minitab, and Microsoft Visio; Agile Methodology and Toolsets; Business Process identifying, streamlining, and optimizing cross functional opportunities; Performance Value, including make factbased decisions; Statistical analysis and use of statistical toolsets; and Six Sigma Certified Black Belt.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
