Demonstrated knowledge of protein or oligonucleotide purification at both bench and production scale using ultrafiltration and chromatography techniques gained through one year of work experience or completion of a relevant postsecondary research paper or thesis;br 3. Demonstrated ability in the optimization of largemolecule downstream processing gained through one year of work experience or completion of a relevant postsecondary research paper or thesis;br 4. Demonstrated ability to perform proteinoligonucleotide biochemistry analysis gained through one year of work experience or completion of a relevant postsecondary research paper or thesis; andbr 5.
