Experience must include Demonstrated ability to design and implement management strategies by applying at least 4 of the following competitive cost analysis, customer segmentation, decision analysis, capabilities assessment, scale curve analysis, customer loyalty economic analysis and value managed relationship and supply chain analysis. Demonstrated experience in evaluating and designing processes to support management, strategy in different functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, distribution, and sales, including expertise in process mapping, competitive process benchmarking, multifunctional team management, and internal financial control. Demonstrated ability to develop and apply quantitative methodologies to evaluate strategic alternatives, including assessment of international markets opportunities through research and analysis of international sources of information. Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively present data and respond to questions from colleagues, teams, and clients both in writing and verbally. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them within very tight timeframes. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to learn advanced computer tools and statistical packages such as SPSS, Stata, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.br br In addition, the following information is presented to supplement the response to Item J22. The beneficiary participated in a Tuition Program Bain offers to fulltime employees in the position of Associate Consultant or Senior Associate Consultant which are bachelors degree level positions who receive an offer of promotion to Consultant a position requiring an MBA. To assist in professional development Bain subsidizes tuition for Business School, either through direct payment or a loan forgiveness program. An individual may accept Bains offer of promotion to fulltime Consultant before he or she leaves Bain for Business School or at any time after leaving Bain during Business School prior to the March deadline before graduation. Individuals who accept the Bain offer prior to leaving Bain are placed on an authorized educational leave of absence, the Business School tuition Business School health dental insurance are fully subsidized by Bain. A commitment period of 24 months, or 12 months for those attending a 12month program, of active employment is required from the individual upon return to Bain. Individuals who accept the Bain offer after leaving Bain are reimbursed for tuition health dental insurance through the recruiting loan program. For individuals leveraging the tuition reimbursement option, as opposed to direct employer payment, Bain will forgive 124 of the principal amount of the loan at the end of each month over the first 24 months of employment Or, in the case of a 12month program, forgiveness will occur at the rate of 112 of the principal amount of the loan at the end of each month over the first 12 months of employment.. As the loan is amortized, forgiven principal interest is included in taxable income for the individual taxes are withheld. The Bain tuition program is a regular employee benefit offered to ALL qualifying employees who receive an offer of promotion to Consultant from Associate Consultant or Senior Associate Consultant regardless of nationality or status as a U.S worker or nonU.S. worker.
