Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 5 years of experience must include DB Administration of Oracle RDBMS on Linux operating systems, utilizing ASM, RAC and Dataguard, and DB utilities including datapump, RMAN and SQLDeveloper; performance tuning at database and application levels; data modelling for financial services applications; using SQL and PLSQL to write complex SQL statements and queries, and to develop triggers and packages; experience with Agile or Lean software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle; and utilizing Amazon Web Services, including hosting databases using RDS, and liaising directly with customers to troubleshoot and remediate application production issues.
