Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, orbr related field and 2 years of experience in business analysis, business strategy or databr analysis. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreignbr equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, or related field and 5 years ofbr progressive experience in business analysis, business strategy or data analysis.br Must have two years of experience with each of the following skillsbr 1. Reshaping a ground transport network in order to improve cost efficiencybr of ground transportation.br 2. Analyzing large quantities of data using advanced data tools, such as Excelbr and SQL, and specialized tools, such as TransCAD.br 3. Leveraging data analysis tools and building sophisticated economic models.br 4. Developing strategic recommendations based on research, analysis andbr financial modelling.br 5. Designing and implementing organizationalchange programs, includingbr building teams and designing organizational structures, defining detailedbr roles and responsibilities, building training programs, and coaching andbr mentoring client employees.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
