Requires Bachelors degree Computer Science, Managing Information Technology or a related technical discipline and 5 years of data analytics experience. Must have 5 years of experience with SQL Server Management Studio; 3 years of experience with Jira Software Administration; 2 years of experience with Production Support Analysis; and 1 year of experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System and SFTP Client and File Transfer Protocols. Position allows for occasional telecommuting within commuting distance of the reporting office.
