Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field and Master of Business Administration. Must have 1 year of banking experience and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have 5 years of experience with the following Managing onshoreoffshore projects and resources; leading process engineeringreengineering to drive businesses and operations automation utilizing process mapping, brainstorming and solution selection; production deployments; defining and enforcing standards and guidelines that drive technology best practices; working with multiple stakeholders and negotiating balance between opposing objectives during change initiatives; adjusting workloads to adapt for changing priorities and defining KPI and working with multiple vendors to help them achieve these KPIs. Must have 2 years of experience in RPA platformstechnologytool capabilities UiPath; explaining technical detail to nontechnical colleagues and vice versa in knowledge transfer from Business Analysts and Developers; and must have Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
