Bachelors degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field, plus 8 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be progressive, postBachelors, or a Masters degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field, plus 7 years of experience.br br Must have 6 years of client facing consulting experience in professional services, of which at least 2 years of experience must be with a large multinational consulting firm.br br Must have 6 years of solution design experience, including analyzing needs, evaluating options, selecting the final design and validating the solution against the original needs.br br Must have 6 years of experience in designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects.br br Must have 5 years of experience working on endtoend business or organizational transformations.br br Must have 5 years of experience implementing governance structure for complex programs, portfolios, or organizations, of which at least 3 years must include definition of ownership, accountability roles and responsibilities, decision making frameworks, gate approval process, program or organizational wide communications, and formalized and standard governance.br br Must have 5 years of experience with at least 3 of the followingbr Designing implementing or operationalizing frameworks for Project Portfolio Management;br Designing process andor technology solutions;br Managing teams or organizational processes;br Managing customer interactions;br Endtoend business strategy development; orbr Organizational strategy organization design.br br Must have 5 years of experience as Workstream Lead on endtoend PPM implementations using Planview, Clarity, Niku HP, Primavera or MS Project Server, or a similar leading edge market standard PPM enabling platform.br br Must have 5 years of experience in enterprise management software supporting businesses in their overarching goals, including at least one of the following SAP, ServiceNow, or a similar market standard enterprise management software.br br Must have 5 years of experience in all of the following areasbr Program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs;br Developing new business with existing clients at the C level of Fortune 500 companies; ORbr Leading a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.br br Must have or be eligible for SAFE certification within one year of hire or promotion.br br Travel required up to 80, of which 20 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
