No Special Requirements.br Normal Job Requirementsbr Masters Degree in Education or equivalent;br Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an international student teachercounselor;br Minimum of 1 year experience in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages TESOL to help identify ESOL students particular learning needs and other challenges;br Sufficient knowledge of the dynamic impact that cultural and social context makes on international students and their learning process;br Excellent communication skill both verbal and written;br Interpersonal skills to solve problems that may arise between parents, students, teachers, and advisors as the case may be;br Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to be able to precisely monitor, record and report students progress.
