Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering Management, Operations Engineering, or a related field. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following 1. Cost model analysis; 2. Cost risk and opportunity management; 3. New product introduction NPI management; 4. Business contract development; 5. Balancing cost, volume, and quality to strike agreements that meet internal performance criteria and secure longterm supply continuity; 6. Optimizing global supply chain performance through cost and scenarioanalysis and benchmarking; and 7. Maintaining an indepth understanding of valueadded manufacturing processes and costs, logistics terms, and market intelligence in order to influence future product roadmaps andsourcing decisions.br br In the alternate cemployer will accept a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering Management, Operations Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience and 60 months in the required skills and technologies.
