Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nursing team specializing in mental health and sleep disorders to provide comprehensive support for our loved one. This project involves implementing cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), anxiolytic medications, and relaxation techniques to help her manage her symptoms and improve her overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

– **Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I):**
– Conduct a thorough assessment of her sleep patterns, insomnia symptoms, and contributing factors.
– Develop and implement a personalized CBT-I program focusing on sleep hygiene education, stimulus control, sleep restriction, and relaxation techniques.

– Educate the patient and family on the use, benefits, and potential risks of anxiolytic medications.

– **Relaxation Techniques:**
– Teach and facilitate relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness meditation.
– Provide guidance on incorporating relaxation techniques into her daily routine to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety and sleep disturbances.
