Experience must include completion of a university level course, project, internship, or thesis, OR six 6 months of academic or professional experience involving the following Driving continuous product support improvements; VOIP technology and terminology; Working with telecommunications and networking products; Working with technical teams to drive software and hardware improvements based upon customer impact and feedback; and Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software.
