Experience must have included Working with real estate investments throughout the life cycle of an asset from acquisition to asset workout, partnership restructuring, Joint Venture partner management, refinancingextension, and dispositions across multiple geographical locations, markets and property types including a combination of hotel, office, residential, or retail; Performing cash flow and partnership structure modeling using Excel and Argus; Performing asset valuation across geographical locations, markets, and property types and ability to substantiate asset value recommendations to senior management; Performing financial analysis and making investment recommendations to senior management; Managing construction budgets and project managers; Collaborating with attorneys, property managers and brokers; Reviewing asset reports and preparing asset updates and responding to internal and external stakeholders; and Mentoring other team members on underwriting, financial analysis, and career development.
