Must have a PhD degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field, plus four 4 years of experience in the offered position or as a Sr. Consultant, Economist, Consultant, Analyst, or a related position. Must have five 4 years of experience with all of the followingbr br Finite StrategicForm Games, including the analytical and numerical calculation of Nash Equilibria;br Finite ExtensiveForm Games, including the analytical and numerical calculation of Nash Equilibria;br Finite Bayesian Games, including the analytical and numerical calculation of Nash Equilibria;br Combinatorial Auctions, including the calculation of VickreyClarkeGroves, Core prices, and SealedBids;br Clock Auctions, including activity rules such as WARP, SARP, GARP;br Formulation and solution of the assignment, knapsack, Minimum Spanning Tree, Job Scheduling, and Satisfiability problems;br Supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including regression and clustering;br Graph theory, including the formulation and solution to graph coloring, cliques, and min distance problems;br Industrial Organization applied to the Wireless Industry;br Economics of Spectrum, including pricing, renewal, licensing, 3GPP bands, and resource block allocation;br Economics of Wireless Networks, including the financial modelling of coverage and capacity deployments;br Financial modeling, including analysis and structure of equity and debt;br Understanding Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Statements of Change in Equity, and Statement of Cash Flow;br R, Python, or Julia for general scripting;br GIS analysis;br Tableau, or similar, for data visualization;br Cplex, Gurobi, LPSolve, COINOR, or similar for linear and mixed integer programming; andbr MS Office, including macros.br br In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field, plus seven 7 years of experience in a related position and the special requirements listed above.
