This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain and 3 years of work experience in an operations environment with exposure to mfg. processes and systems. Also, must have work experience with 1 Supply chain process improvement,br LEAN methodologies, Six Sigma approach and network optimization; 2 Development of skills in continuous improvement, quality andor operations process improvement; 3 Influencing leaders and teams with positive results within a matrix organization; 4 Working across crossfunctional teams, building business partnerships, and developing talent; and 5 Leading or supervising with responsibility for the productivity or development of teams.
