“100% Satisfied” in the context of all transactions completed will be defined as the customer’s own satisfaction with the product(s) ordered.
Refunds will be granted in full ONLY if requested before beginning “stage two” (Draft revision) of the writing process. Add-on services such as cover letters, personal statements, LinkedIn profiles, etc. will always be refunded in full if requested prior to work started on them.
Refunds will be granted at 50% of the total purchase price within thirty day of finalizing your document. “Finalizing” your document will be defined as the point in time after StarkHR emails you your “final draft” or if you have not responded to the latest draft of your document within twenty-one days. No “rush service” fees purchased will be refunded under any circumstance.
No refund – in any amount – however will be granted after this 21 or 30-day period, especially when requested after the product has been received by you – the customer. A refund will not be issued simply due to technological issues (on the customer’s end) with receiving the product(s). Orders expire one year after the date of purchase.
We do not guarantee that desired interviews nor jobs will be secured as a result of a resume alone; there are far too many determinant factors involved throughout the job search process that are beyond our control as resume writers, and we will be held accountable for neither a customer’s lack of qualifications nor ineffective job search efforts.
