Job Duties: Serve meals to patrons according to established rules or etiquette; present menu to guests; suggest dinner courses, appropriate wines, and answer questions regarding food preparation; write orders and relay them to the kitchen; serve courses; observe diners to respond to any additional requests; clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining. Assist with serving for events in adjoining ballrooms/meeting spaces. Work shifts of 11:00 am – 6:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Workdays vary Sun-Sat.
