Job Duties:Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary. Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Assist server with food & beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Perform all assigned sidework to include replenishing condiments and restocking sidestands.
Rate of Pay: Tipped position with guaranteed wage of $15.52 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $23.28 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including tips) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus of up to $500.00. Eligible for company subsidized housing.
Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
